Everglades Mystery
Here are some fun spots in Everglades National Park that Marisa, Avery, Enrique, Zeke, and Jasmine saw while they were on their search for the answer to the riddle. Click on the links and have fun exploring where they went.
Busch Wildlife Sanctuary. Their first adventure in book 6 is actually in Jupiter, Florida, and not in the Florida Everglades! When my girls were younger we probably visited Busch Wildlife Sanctuary at least once a week. They have fabulous exhibits, information, and storytime for younger children. Go visit their brand new location in Jupiter Farms. You can find out all about them here:

 2. Snake Bite Trail
Albrey and I rode Snake Bite Trail when we were researching for this latest adventure, and yes, we also saw the Faithful Beauty Moth on our ride! It was an incredible experience. Plus, since the tree tunnel is so shady, it was a nice cool activity on an otherwise warm day! Here's the link to the trail: https://www.nps.gov/ever/planyourvisit/snake-bight-trail.htm

3. The Guy Bradley Visitor Center at Flamingo
Once you are in the park, you can drive all the way to Flamingo. I loved the Guy Bradley Visitor Center because it helped me get a general overview of the massive park. From there, we found where we rented kayaks just like the Kids of Coral Canal! https://www.nps.gov/ever/planyourvisit/gbvc.htm

4. If your family is interested in their own adventure in the Florida Everglades, this is a great website to start with. There is so much to do and see that for us, three days was not nearly enough!

We did go on an airboat tour, but it wasn't as fun as the one the Kids of Coral Canal went on. I would suggest spending the money for a more private tour. Also, ask the tour group if the water is high enough to go into the trails. We unfortunately only stayed in the main canals.
If you get to experience some of the Everglades fun just like the Kids of Coral Canal, send us an email at jenniferarrington@beachhousebusiness.com. We would love to hear all about it! Your parents can also message us on Instagram via jenniferarrington_author!
ENJOY THE JOURNEY, ADVENTUROUS CHILD!
